The difference is this: a vegetarian kitchen can use things derived from animals, like cheese or eggs, while a vegan one cannot. It is a minor difference in one's head — but a huge one in the vegan/vegetarian world.
There are things like mayonnaise, for example, that need eggs to be made — so vegans won't touch it. Another major difference is pasta, which takes eggs in the making, so they won't have that either.
Read on and find out every option this amazing vegetarian food chef can offer you — there are great things for meat-eaters like me, too!
First seating
Breakfast
If you get there early enough to be seated, you can enjoy one of the best breakfasts in the region. I love eating breakfast out and do it all the time — so trust me, this is a great spot.
For starters, the mixture of flour tortilla and scrambled eggs is just breath-taking. Add the side salsa and some cheddar cheese to build the ultimate breakfast burrito — one that shall accompany you the entire day.
The tortilla is so good it almost melts inside your mouth, and the eggs mixed with the right amount of cheddar are just an explosion.
The bagel is just as good: order it without the bacon and you're left with this round, amazing sandwich of perfectly-baked bread, scrambled eggs and a generous amount of melted cheddar.
For the most traditional breakfast-takers, the grilled breakfast croissant and the cheese scone — homemade, like the rest of it — bathed in sweet and tasty strawberry jam (homemade too) are simply irresistible.
The croissant can be filled with scrambled eggs and cheddar, or eaten alone with some strawberry jam in the middle. Everything you try is amazing, and the coffee matches the food every inch of the way. There are also great blends of tea that will ignite your curiosity even further.

Lunch and dinner
Every day they offer a different soup to try before your meal — and they are always amazing.
After the soup, you can build a sandwich from a selection of great ingredients, in any combination you like, to create your own:
There's a meat version of the sandwich too — ham, turkey or roast beef. It's absolutely delicious!
The veggie calzone, the garden bagel and the Caesar salad are some of the tastiest vegetarian options I have ever had in a restaurant — except for falafel, but that is a different story.
The takeaway
Go there, try all the dishes and have fun — vegetarian or meat-eater alike. It is great to have the option, though.
